CANCELLATION & TERMS

Third-Party Services — Accommodation, flights, and activities booked through suppliers may have stricter independent policies. Non-refundable supplier deposits cannot be recovered.
Amendments — Date changes are subject to availability and supplier approval. Any cost differences are the client’s responsibility.
Force Majeure — No refunds for disruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where possible, alternatives or postponements will be offered.
Refunds — Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after supplier refunds are received. Bank and transaction fees are non-refundable.
